Adam is a fantastic trainer! My husband and I both started training with him this year. I had been active most of my life, but gained weight and lost strength and balance over the last 10 years. My husband has issues with his joints due to psoriatic arthritis and his career in construction. I had worked with a different trainer in the past, but got discouraged because I didn’t see results. We are both stronger, more fit and feel better than we have in years after just a few months working with Adam. I have gained strength and have much better balance. My husband feels better and has regained so much range of motion he had lost due to arthritis and occupational injuries. Adam is always adapting our workout to make sure it is best for our physical issues, while challenging us at the same time. He is also extremely knowledgeable and educates us about proper form and why we are doing a particular exercise. We’ve committed to working with Adam, hate missing working out, and HIGHLY recommend him.

II recently started working out with Adam and even though I have been working on myself for several years with different aspects of fitness training, I was a little nervous. I was worried about judgement of my physical capabilities, but that was quickly put at ease after speaking with Adam on the phone. His demeanor is kind and welcoming. He assessed my physical capabilities and shared his knowledge about the best course for our training sessions. He is well educated and takes opportunities to teach throughout the training sessions so that when you leave the gym you are understanding of the correct way to train by yourself. Adam is well versed in all functions of the body and he carefully analyzes your movements. He pointed out some physical barriers that I have and offered referrals to other professionals in order to assist with remedying my issues. He is working in conjunction with the team we have assembled to assist me in getting healthier. This speaks volumes about his level of devotion to his clients' health and well being. This is the first time I have had anyone offer this level of attention to my body. The Trainerize app that Adam uses allows me to see my progress, to follow the plan that Adam has created for me, and for Adam to monitor the information that I input. He is quick to respond to questions, he is professional, and most importantly he is kind and encouraging. I have no doubts about the gains that I am going to make under his care! (Even though I grouch about the lunges...haha!) His personality and passion for training people makes going to the gym fun!

Three years ago I walked into the gym just to talk to a trainer. I was overweight and very unhappy with myself. I was turning sixty and wanted to be able to keep up with my grandkids. My goal was to do a few sessions and then try to exercise on my own even though I had gym memberships before and let them go to waste. I met this young man who was extremely fit and cut. I was a bit intimidated. How could he know what a woman my age would need? Adam asked me a few questions and one really resonated with me. What was I grateful for?
I hired him on the spot and almost three years later, I’m still working with him. I lost the weight but more importantly I gained muscle, endurance, and a friend. Adam knows when to push me and also knows when I just need some gentle stretching. Being retired I travel and when I’m gone for extended periods he develops workouts that I can do with what is available. When my goals change, he changes my workouts to meet those needs. He motivates me, he encourages me but most of all he has made exercise and weightlifting an integral part of my life. So no matter what your fitness level is, Adam will develop a program that will help you reach your goals.
