Adam Wittbrodt- Owner/Head Trainer

My name is Adam Wittbrodt. certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist and corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Over the last 15 years, fitness has been at the heart of my happiest years. After struggling with substance abuse for nearly 2 decades, I found my calling. My purpose in life is to help others, and what better way than through what saved my life, fitness.

Health is so much more than just being fit physically. Our mental and emotional wellness are interconnected with our physical well being. Incorporating these aspects into my coaching has allowed me to significantly impact many people’s lives so far, and many more in the future!

Dave “Waz” Wazny- Coach

I have been very active in weight training for the last 20+ years. Looking back, I strongly believe that training saved my life.

I started out as a 150 pound kid trying to better fit in in the construction industry. It slowly changed into a passion to learn and gain as much knowledge as I could. I wanted to be the best I could be, soaking up knowledge from every book, magizine, or conversation. The endorphins released during a workout have me feeling uplifted every single time! And I'm always looking forward to the next session.

The truest beauty of training is that it's for absolutely everyone. We should only be in competition with ourselves, with the goal to be better than we were yesterday!

CAN'T, NEVER COULD!

Ryan Bettendorf- Coach

I have been engaged in weightlifting for over 3 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Yes, even leg day! I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I am a full-time student at Delta College. I am in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Social Work in hopes of using my education to enhance my career and training skills. Someday I hope to provide mental health therapy in the gym setting - combining physical and mental health techniques for a whole body wellness approach! Throughout my time in fitness I have always loved the camaraderie and community of the gym, I believe these were critical elements to my recovery from an Anterior Crucial Ligament (ACL) tear during my junior year of high school. This injury forced me to understand the link between physical and mental health, as well as how a fitness related injury can affect even minor everyday activities like taking a shower or going to get something from the fridge. I used a combination of weight lifting and physical therapy to rehabilitate my ACL and I am proud to say my knees are stronger than ever! I wholeheartedly believe in training for functional fitness, and focus on preparing my clients for whatever challenges life may throw their way. From weight loss to muscle gain, Level Up training programs are backed by science and tailored to your individual goals. What are you waiting for? Meet me at the gym!
